Who are we?
MPUI AGRICULTURAL MARKETING CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED is experienced in implementing different business projects, managing banks loans and donor funded projects, provision of extension services and effectively managing of crops aggregation and collective marketing.
The Main Products and Services
The cooperative generates its revenue from different levels of operations. Mainly, is from selling of crops (white maize NON-GMO, sunflower and common beans) aggregated from farmers into different warehouses, also the cooperative generates revenues from provision of loans to her members as described below;
- Agricultural Marketing and provisional of inputs to farmers on credit
- Savings and credits facilities to members
- Provision of loans for agricultural inputs to members
- Crops aggregated and marketed through collective market system (CMS)
- Agency services for buying maize from smallholder farmers
- Maize shelling services
- Agency for inputs selling on behalf of inputs companies such as A to Z Textiles, Obo Investment Co. Ltd, YARA, SEEDCO, and SYNGETA
