Semen John Mwamlenga is the Manager of Mpui Agricultural Marketing Co-operative Society Limited from May 2018 up to date. He is a Project Planning and Management Specialist. He has a BA in Project Planning, Management and Community Development from the University of Dodoma (UDOM), in Tanzania.

Has a vast experience for more than 5 years of working in agriculture sector. He is capable of implementing and supervising Agricultural inputs business, crop collection and marketing farmers’ crop through collective market, and projects, managing the business by overseeing and controlling budgets, developing business proposals, work plans, negotiating project agreements and scope of work, identifying and procuring necessary services and resources for the business. .

For over 5 years, he has dedicated his life to agricultural sector especially in the co-operative agriculture, agribusiness and business oriented facilitator and service provider, where he has made significant contributions in improvement of maize, paddy, cashew nuts, sunflower, & beans.

Previously, he worked MDEFO organization as the Project Officer, He worked with USADF-MPUI as a Project Manager also he worked with other organization such as Ruvuma commercialization and diversification of agriculture, Masasi High Quality Farmers Product (MHQFP), EMS-Global Company Limited, Mbasira Food Company Ltd, Tanzania Child Right Forum, Peace Relief Organization and other in different organization including regional and international organization.

He is a recipient of several awards and honors.
